Booking Policies

 * Payments are non-refundable.

* $200 deposit is required to secure your date The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event.

*Paying the deposit, you agree to the terms and conditions.

* All forms of payment are accepted.

* Price to rent event space ranges from $400 - $1,200 for seven hours or all day facility rentals. Additional time can be added.

* Venue can accommodate up to 100 seated guests.

* Most important YOU are responsible for removing all trash from the building. Any food or decoration you personally brung in.
